What TermenPlus does

TermenPlus mirrors the national court sources into its own database and tells a lawyer what changed before they think to look. It syncs dosare from ICCJ and portal.just.ro across all 243 Romanian courts every day, diffs each one against the last known state, and fans every new hearing, solution, party or appeal out to the people following that case—by email or push, immediately or as a digest, with a reminder three days and one day before each hearing. Around the alerts sits the rest of a cabinet's day: a termene calendar that syncs to Google Calendar, private notes and labels, party-watch, and shared cabinet calendars with per-case assignees. A clients module fills in each client's file from ANAF by CUI, flags new cases the client appears in, runs conflict-of-interest checks, sends updates in the cabinet's name and gives the client a portal to see their own cases. An in-app AI assistant answers from the lawyer's cases, hearings and notes and acts only after confirmation, and an OAuth MCP server opens the same caseload to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client—something no competitor offers. Web, iOS and Android come from one codebase.
